One landline, one mobile, one email. All of them work.
No enquiry form standing between you and an answer. The quickest route is the landline; if it is easier to show than to describe, send a photo on WhatsApp.

Send a photo
The boiler data badge and whatever the display is showing often answers it on the spot.

The engineers are on the tools during those hours, so the landline is not always answered on the first ring. Leave a message, or send a photo of the boiler or the bathroom on WhatsApp, and you will get a call back.
If you can smell gas
Do not ring a heating engineer first. Call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 straight away, turn the gas off at the meter if you can safely reach it, open the windows, leave the electrical switches alone and get everyone out of the building. Ring us afterwards to put right whatever caused it.
What to have ready when you ring
For a boiler or heating fault
The make and model off the data badge, anything showing on the display, and what the system is actually doing — no heating, no hot water, or both.
For a bathroom
Roughly the room size, whether you are keeping the layout or moving things, and what you want from the shower. Photographs help enormously.
For hot water or underfloor
What you have now — combi, cylinder in a cupboard, tank in the loft — and which rooms you are thinking about. The rest gets measured on site.
